Frequently Asked Questions
The app does not start or crashes on launch
Please make sure you are on the latest version (App Store → Updates), then reboot your device and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email us with your device model (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro) and iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version).
I found an error in a question or in an explanation
Please email us with: (1) the app name, (2) the first sentence of the question, and (3) the answer letter you believe is wrong. We will verify and ship a fix in the next update.
Why does the app show advertising?
The app is supported by Google AdMob so we can keep it free. Ads are not personalized using your identity. You can opt out of personalized advertising in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → "Personalized Ads".
How do I delete my data?
The app does not require an account. Practice progress is stored locally on your device, so uninstalling the app removes it completely. Anonymous advertising data handled by Google AdMob is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Refunds
The app is free of charge. If you believe an in-app purchase was made by mistake, please request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Accessibility
The app supports iOS Dynamic Type and VoiceOver. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please email us with a description so we can address it.
